Al I, I wanted to let you know that we have mobilized and started construction at the Liberty Rock Mitigation Site this week. The mussel biologists have completed two passes of the existing channel to relocate mussels. They collected 1,500 specimens on the first pass. They are anticipating a third pass next week. No federal endangered species have been found so far. I will keep you posted if that changes. We will be installing our first fish lunker structure next Wednesday. I recall someone mentioning they may like to see it. I'll be sure to get photos to include in our as -built as well. Let me know if someone wanted to see any built in the field. There will be other days we will construct them over the next three months.
