(Aquatic T&E species habitat, CA, HQW, ORW, SA, Tr, UWL). • Revised roadway workflows to include the use of the NC-SELDM Catalog for determining stormwater treatment goals for all other waters. • Included reference to the NCDOT BMP Decision Support Matrix as a tool to aid in the selection of appropriate stormwater control measures. • Revised guidance for non-roadway project in coastal counties distinguishing between receiving waters classified as SA or non-SA Organizational/Administrative Changes: • Format revised to match current template for NCDOT manuals • Updated document submittal guidance • Updated references to other guidance documents • Updated references to current state and federal regulation • Updated reference to renewed NPDES Permit (NCS000250), Term V, (May 1, 2022 – April 30, 2027) • Expanded Acronyms/Abbreviations section • Expanded Definitions section • Updated PCSP participating groups list to reflect current names • Revised non-roadway workflows to reference updated citations for state and federal regulations (e.g. those changes stemming from the rules readoption process) • Expanded Appendix C to reference additional resources available
