Hello,
I am writing you regarding the letter that I received from your office in April. The letter stated that I had
not provided my records to the state inspector. There seems to have been miscommunication that
caused this. I had David Anderson hired to keep my records. He told me that Mr. McLawhorn had
looked at the farm. I had sent Mr. Anderson my records. However, Mr. Anderson did not have my
official record book. I did not realize that I had not returned it to him after borrowing it. Mr. Anderson
told Mr. McLawhorn to contact me for the records. However, Mr. Anderson did not tell me that he had
told Mr. McLawhorn to contact me. I thought that the inspection was completed. Mr. McLawhorn had
called an old cell phone number that he had for me and thought that I was not returning his calls when
in actuality, I had no idea that he was calling me and that the inspection was not completed.
On Monday, May 9, 2022, Mr. McLawhorn and I met for him to review the records for the farm. This
serves as the corrective action for the violation. Mr. McLawhorn now has my correct number. I will be
handling my inspections going forward. Mr. McLawhorn is aware that I will be handling my inspections
in the future. I apologize for any inconvenience.
