Description of projects area and activity: This verification authorizes the use of Nationwide Permit (NWP) 29 to construct impacts to waters associated with the proposed Wellesley Phase 5 Subdivision at three locations. Impact Area 1 would construct a road crossing and require the permanent impact to 39 linear feet Of) (0.0098 ac), of intermittent Stream A (Impact S1), an additional 71f (0.0015 ac) of temporary impact to Stream A (Impact S1) to accommodate a stream pump around, 0.0039 acre of permanent impact to Wetland B (Impact W1), 0.001 acre of temporary impact to Wetland B (Impact W2), 147 square feet (sf) (0.0034 ac) of permanent impact to Pond B (Impact 01), and temporary impact to 23 sf (0.0005) of Pond B (Impact 02) to accommodate a pump around. Impact Area 2 would construct a Stormwater BMP outfall riprap dissipator and require the permanent impact to 62 sf (0.0014 ac) of Pond B (Impact 03), and the temporary impact to 59 sf (0.0014 ac) of Pond B (Impact 04).
