Good morning Colleen,
The provided plans actually contain a reduced SCM outfall. The original plans had 600-sq ft Zone 1 impact (reduced to
202-sq ft) in Zone 1, however, to better avoid and minimize our engineers re -worked the plans to pull it back as much as
possible. The pipe length is as short as possible to still allow for diffuse flow of water leaving the stormwater retention
basins.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to facilitate permit issuance as soon as possible. The client was
anticipating permit receipt today since the 60-day review period ended over the weekend.
Do you think you can still issue it today, or at least this week?
Thanks!

Good evening Lauren,
I am reviewing the above referenced application and require some additional information:
1) For the SCM Outfall that requires the removal of vegetation in Zone 1, could the outfall be moved further back
to reduce impacts to the buffer?
Thanks,
1
