Post -Construction Stormwater Control Measure Site Visit Evaluation:
The Town of Landis does not have a site that has completed total construction of a Stormwater
Control Measure.
Of the two sites that have approved construction drawings, one is under construction and the
other has provided a bond for the completion of the BMP and stormwater agreement.
A review of the Stormwater ordinance has found an issue with the language associated with the
design of BMPs outside of watershed areas. The ordinance references a Technical Stormwater
Manual that has not been adopted. The Town is in the process of revising it ordinance.
A copy of the Town's NPDES MS4 Stormwater Permit needs to be placed on the Town's website
