On March 24, 2014, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application dated
March 10, 2014, requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification and a Riparian Buffer Authorization
from the Division for your project. The Division has put the application on hold in order to provide
more time for submission of the revised impact maps and impact tables based on the April 15,
2014 site visit with Cherri Smith with the Division and Eric Alsmeyer with the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers.
Please respond in writing within 60 calendar days of receipt of this letter by sending four copies of
the above requested information to the Wetlands, Buffers, Stormwater — Compliance and
Permitting (Webscape) Unit, 1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699 -1650.
Be aware that you have no authorization under the Water Quality Certification Rules or the Neuse
Riparian Buffer Rules for this activity.
