I also spoke with Marshall Hyatt. He said that you probably would still have to
fill out EPA Form 2C. It is based on what category you fall under. Please read the
instructions on Form 2C to see if Elementis is included.
Gil - you're correct that Connie Cagey needs to change the major/minor coding in PCS.
However, we can't wait six months [or longer] for that change before we act on the
permit renewal. We've never done so in the past.
Teresa - double-check Mark's numbers. If they're correct - and I expect they are,
given that he's done facility ratings previously - we can log the NC0003875 renewal
application as a minor industrial when it arrives.
Mark - Verify whether or not Elementis is required to use 2C. If not, I'll send you
Short Form C-MI [or you can download it from the website].
