It is based on what category you fall under. Please read the instructions on Form 2C to see if Elementis is included. Gil - you're correct that Connie Cagey needs to change the major/minor coding in PCS. However, we can't wait six months [or longer] for that change before we act on the permit renewal. We've never done so in the past. Teresa - double-check Mark's numbers. If they're correct - and I expect they are, given that he's done facility ratings previously - we can log the NC0003875 renewal application as a minor industrial when it arrives. Mark - Verify whether or not Elementis is required to use 2C. If not, I'll send you Short Form C-MI [or you can download it from the website].
