After clicking the link on the 4/1/2022 email, the website did not indicate there was a previous outstanding invoice. The
attachment for 2021 to your email today was also not sent to my email; therefore, I also was not aware that the
payment on 4/29/2022 was applied to a 2021 invoice. If we pay the 2022 invoice now, will that clear up the issue with
the permit or will it require further action to bring it back into compliance? Please let me know.

Yes, the payment was received (see screen shot), but applied to invoice NCC201542-2021 (see attached email) because
there was an outstanding Notice of Deficiency from 2021. We always apply new coming payment to old outstanding
invoices.
I had it in my tasks to communicate with you, and I haven't got a chance to do so, apologies!
