If you haven't already, you need to contact Wake County to obtain a Certificate of Completion for the project.
The uploaded document was a signed agreement between Pakt Construction and the County that the erosion
control requirements would be met. The Certificate you need indicates the project is complete and the erosion
control plan is closed.
There is also an outstanding fee for this project from 2021. The 2021 annual fee was invoiced on May 1, 2021
and was due on June 1, 2021. Fees that are more than 60 days past due cannot be waived and must be resolved
before permit coverage can be terminated. The fastest way to resolve outstanding fees is to pay online using the
ePayment website: https:Hdeq.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-and-land-

Once the 2021 fee has been resolved and you have the correct documentation from the County, please submit a
