This COC cannot yet be terminated because the new owner -- AHC Matheson LLC -- has not submitted the
necessary paperwork to the City of Charlotte to take ownership of the erosion control plan. This means
"byFiorenza Poe NoDa, LLC" is still responsible for the erosion control plan and must maintain NCGO1 permit
coverage. Once the new owner takes ownership of the erosion control plan, you can submit a new NOT Request
to terminate your COC.
