The COC was originally issued on 5/13/2021. Conducting subject construction activities without approved coverage under the NCGO1 Construction Stormwater Permit is against federal and state laws and could result in fines. If something changes and you would again require coverage, please go to www.deq.nc.gov/NCGOI and complete the eNOI form.
