GENERAL NOTES
1. THE PURPOSE OF THIS PLAN SET IS TO PROVIDE THE EROSION CONTROL INFORMATION PULTEGROUP, INC
NEEDS TO ACQUIRE A GRADING PERMIT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUBDIVISION NORTH PHASE 5 LOTS
306-383.
2. SILT FENCE OUTLETS ARE TO BE FIELD LOCATED IN LOW POINTS ALONG PROPOSED SILT FENCE/TREE
PROTECTION FENCE.
3. PERIMETER EROSION CONTROL SHOULD BE ADJUSTED AS NEEDED BASED ON LOT DRAINAGE PATTERN
AND TOPOGRAPHY.
4. A CONCRETE WASHOUT SHALL BE PLACED PRIOR TO LOT CONSTRUCTION AND WILL MOVE BASED ON THE
CONSTRUCTION OF EACH LOT. REFER TO THE STANDARD CONCRETE/PAINT WASHOUT DETAILS ON SHEETS
10.2 AND 10.3 FOR DIMENSIONS AND CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS.
5. STORM INLET FILTRATION SACKS ARE TO BE INSTALLED IN ALL CATCH BASINS/DROP INLETS ADJACENT TO
LOTS BEING DISTURBED FOR THE DURATION OF LOT CONSTRUCTION.
6. ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT CHATHAM COUNTY SPECIFICATIONS AND
DETAILS.
