Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on May 13, 2022. No one was
present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
- Add silt fence above inlet to diversion pipe. It appears to have been damaged from stock piling material on the
impervious dike.
- Silt bag needs to be sealed better where hose enters.
- Add ground cover per NPDES stabilization timeframes.
NPDES records were up to date.
