At 20°C, 90% D.O. saturation concentration 8.2 mg/1 Mass balance: 0.1 cfs • 8.2 mg/1 + 0.31 cfs • X = 0.41 cfs •.6 mg/1 X=5.3mg/1 A WLA of 6 mg/1 is recommended. The BOD limits are based on the definition of 2° treatment and TSS. The pH and fecal limits are based on water quality standards and division policy regarding limits for dischargers to streams with limited dilution under low flow.
