This correspondence confirms that NOV-2022-LM-0025 has been retracted. The retracted Notice was issued for a flow
violation that was reported for the month of December 2021. DWR staff confirmed that the flow violation was attributed to the
daily flow values being incorrectly transcribed (and averaged) on the revised electronic discharge monitoring report (eDMRs)
for this month. A revised Notice of Violation (NOV)/Intent to Assess was generated to remove this flow violation and address
the remaining violations reported in December 2021 (NOV-2022-LM-0029).
