Enclosed are the Discharge Monitoring Reports from July 2010 to January 2012. These reports show there has been no detection of the Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) Phthalate parameter since the monthly monitoring began and that there is no reasonable potential to exceed Water Quality standards.
