Reviewing the guidance on your website it appears NCDOT falls into the timeframe outlined in the snippet below. Since we did not receive a TS4SMP template with our permit and since the TS4SMP is not due to you until the end of July there’s a decent chance DEMLR will not have approved our TS4SMP by annual reporting time. Additionally, only 2 months of the reporting period will be under the renewed permit. So we’d like to request that NCDOT be allowed to submit our customary narrative report for FY2022. All subsequent annual reports will be based off of the approved TS4SMP moving forward. Please let me know if this approach is acceptable. Thanks!
