Dick Bragg (Owner & Permitee) and Charlie Allen (Operator) were present and assisted with the inspection. The facility appeared compliant with Permit NCG530066 at the time of the inspection. The new sampling requirements in the revised permit were discussed and the Permitee was aware of them. Mr. Bragg has upgraded a number of significant components in recent years, including the installation of a vacuum solids removal system, effluent sedimentation pond, composting operation, and facility for the drying and land application of solids. He stated that he has observed significant improvement to the receiving stream following these improvements and inquired about re-evaluation of 303d status.
