Thank you for pointing out the typographical errors in the Association's NPDES permit by your
email of February 8. Per your request, I have corrected the transport factors listed for the City of
Burlington in Appendix A and am attaching the corrected version for your records. Please
remove the current copy of Appendix A from your permit (issued December 29, 2019) and
replace it with the corrected version.
As you noted, all other information in the allocations table is correct as written and requires no
further change.
