Attached with this letter is the additional information requested in the review of the permit
modification package of permit WQ0006906
The first requested information is all soil boring descriptions. Attached are all the field notes from the
soil scientist from each soil boring.
The second items were concerning the application map.The application map has ben updated to show
the following items:
1. The property lines have been added to the map
2. The surface water diversion had had a buffer added on the south side of the
field, the acreage was not updated due it already being deducted from the field
in the first calculations.
3. The culvert along Vic Court at the north end of the field has been added to the
map. No acreage change was needed due to it already being accounted for in
the original calculations.
The final item requested was a setback wavier from the residence of 341 Vic Court. This wavier has been
signed and include with this letter.
