Michele,
I've just revised the outfall information and added the parameters/limits that apply to industrial sand WW discharge to
Class C waters. Please note that the code for Radiation, gross alpha (82077) does not match the Alpha, gross particle
activity listed in the permit (39344), but it's the only option in our system. I think that code in the permit is an obsolete
one we don't use.
The eDMR system should update overnight, and these will be available tomorrow morning.

Good morning Ms. Georgoulias,
Sorry it took a while to get back to you. Pond 4 has a spillway and that is technically our outfall if the pond was to
overtop and spill over. Pond 4 is our fresh water pond where we pump water into the pond from the creek. This pond
may have comingled process water as part of water balancing so per the standards it would be considered as waste
water.

Michele,
I don't think we have registered any NCG02 permittees in the system yet. We apologize for the delay. We are working
our way through a large backlog of registrations since we lost the two staff heading up the effort last fall. For NCG02 it is
especially complicated because we need to set up your outfalls specifically for the type of discharge (wastewater or
stormwater) and the type of mining (determines the limits and parameters). We will probably be surveying all NCG02
permittees for that information in the near future.
We have only one outfall for this permit and no details about whether it's stormwater or wastewater, or what
parameters apply. Can you please provide us that info so we can set this permit up for eDMR?

Thank you Bethany,
Out of curiosity, are we all set up now and able to submit on-line?
I believe I have all the steps ready for entry(Step 5). Can you please confirm?
Thank you so much for all our help with this. I really appreciate it.

Good morning, Michele
We are working through old emails from Suzanne McCoy (no longer works with us) and found some questions you had
for this permit. This is from October 21 last year. We apologize for the delayed response.
#1— you said you noticed that the outfall was appearing on someone else's property again. Could you please check the
report attached and let us know if the coordinates are correct? The point on the map is actually the "facility/site"
coordinates, which are below. This is because we can't plot all the stormwater outfalls across the state for every permit
... we "stack them up" at the facility coordinate for that map. Regardless, please review and let us know if they need to
be revised:
