Starting at left property line, install a 210' fieldstone boulder wall with cap
to replace existing damaged wall. Existing rip rap at base of old wall will
be re -installed at base of new wall. At boat ramp area where wall stops,
push down existing rip rap, shape and slope 157' of shoreline, install
matting, re -install existing rip rap and add fresh layer of boulder rip rap
extending to right property line to refresh shoreline. Install steps on wall
side of property for lake access.
