Please do the following: 1. https://edocs.deg.nc.Rov/Forms/SW-Permit-Contact-Updates 2. Select "Delegation of Signature Authority (DOSA)" 3. Fill out the DOSA form and upload it https://deg.nc.gov/media/17912/download I'll process the DOSA form first before the eDMR registration form.
