On May 6, 2022 a site inspection was conducted for the Fullsteam Brewery facility located at 726 Rigsbee
Ave, Durham County, North Carolina. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed for your
review. The site visit and file review revealed that the subject facility is covered by a No Exposer #0883.
As a result of the inspection, the facility was found to not be in compliance with the conditions of the
NCGE 0883 permit. Please refer to the enclosed Compliance Inspection Report for additional comments
and observations made during the inspection. You are advised that you are required to submit a Notice of
Intent for a stormwater permit.
Please be advised that violations of the NPDES Stormwater General Permit are subject to a civil
penalty assessment of up to $25,000 per day for each violation. If you or your staff has any
