I have reviewed the stormwater application for the Steel Gray Mine. This is not a new mine and has been in operation
since 2010. Ownership has changed and the site now has one stormwater outfall. I conducted an inspection in June
2021. Information submitted is sufficient and ARO recommends issuing the COC and permit for the mine. If you have
questions- please let me know.
