Thank you for the quick response.

I am contacting you for a meeting and to obtain your approval of the proposed work so that we can start Phase I
construction in accordance with note(s) shown on approved drawings as shown below:

Please find attached copies of our NC DEQ CERTIFICATE OF COVERAGE.

Our E&SC objectives are presented in General Conditions No. 11 and 12 of the attached APPROVAL of 401 WATER
QUALITY CERTIFICATION with ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS as shown below:

It is important to note that we have started mobilizing to the project and installing silt fence per approved EC plan.
Additionally, we are completing other non-land disturbing activities such as traffic and pedestrian control and
tree/brush/debris removal (no digging of stumps). We are seeking your approval prior to the start of our land disturbing
and water control activities, and we are available to meet as soon as practical at the project site and at any time going
forward over the course of the project work.
