March 12, 2015
On November 12, 2014 during a compliance inspection, Tony Honeycutt of the Fayetteville Regional
inquired about the absence of the facility's winter crop. It was communicated to Mr. Honeycutt by the
operator (Tony Baldwin) that the seed for a winter crop had been broadcast over the site. Mr. Baldwin
also called the Fayetteville Regional Office on December 8, 2014 stating that seed for a winter crop had
been broadcast over the spray irrigation site again. On, March 2, 2015 a follow-up site visit was
conducted by Mr. Honeycutt and no evidence of a suitable winter crop was found.
