Comment: I reviewed 10 weeks of NPDES records. All records were in order but a few weeks they forgot to
answer questions related to observations of turbidity or discharges. I reminded them to complete the
records accordingly. A rain gauge was on site. Inspections were conducted once/week and following a
1" storm. SDOs were all in good maintained order.
