I have personally walked the property and did not find any appreciable topography on site. The plan calls for vegetative swales with stone dams at each lot line. These dams are not only for erosion control but also to allow runoff to gather in the swales and infiltrate as much as possible. Box 4039 Surf City, NC 28445 DWO PROD # 7/26/07 Mr. Morris Completely fill out the Express cover sheet and questionnaire. Submit these forms back to me along with a project narrative (like we discussed) and a site vicinity map. If the express request is complete, I will forward you a submittal date and time for the project. The actual application package and check are brought in on the day when your submittal meeting is scheduled with the review engineer. The project engineer and the applicant must both be present for the project submittal meeting. The project engineer reviews the project within a few days of the submittal.
