I am a consultant for the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). NCDOT Division 11 is beginning the
project development, environmental, and engineering studies for BP11.R006.1 Bridge 157 Replacement Project along
Big Peak Creek Road in Ashe County, NC. This project proposes replacing the existing, structurally deficient Bridge 157.
Attached to this email is a Start of Study letter for the proposed project. Your input regarding the proposed project is
