As requested by Bill Stafford during our phone conversation on 4 January, I'm sending this!'email to address the information
provided to DWQ concerning the field calibration information sheets (copy attached) that was faxed to DWQ. The informatiori.
was from the site visit that Ms. Spearman, of the NC State Cooperative Extension, 'made to calibrate your solid set irrigation
system. The information provided is acceptable for addressing the calibration requirement in your spray irrigation permit. The
information provided should be placed in your operating record or wherever you maintains records for future review (by Baytree
Lakes, its ORC or DWQ inspectors), so future calibrations can be checked against this baseline information to determine
irrigation system condition`and operating efficiency.

As.noted in the permit, the calibration of,you system is required each permit cycle (essentially once every five years) at a
minimum. Calibration verification of the system more frequently is certainly encouraged to identify any'potential issues with the
irrigation system that may require repair or parts replacement.
