The tank is filled completely to the top with solids. This will hinder the proper operation of the package facility and result in the carryover of solids to the lagoon. The facility is also still several years in the rears with its permit renewal fees. Recommendation Summary: 1. Pump solids holding tank. 2. Pay the back permir renewal fees. 3. Cut the fields asap before a winter crop is planted. 4. Address weed control. 5. Plant a winter crop asap. This is greatly inpacting the bermuda crop. Weed control has not been addressed for some time.. The hay has such a high' concentration of sandburs it would be of no use for animal consumption. It is recommended that the crop be cut before a winter cover crop is planted and weed • control be immediately addressed. It is also recommended that the cover crop for the bermuda fields be planted asap. The window for bermuda is March 1st through Sept. 30. Without a winter crop present an exceptable vegatitive crop for spray purposes is not present. Page: 5
