Review of the monthly reports for Lake Creek Corporation.,Permit WQ0018708,(04/2016— 10/2016 and 12/2016) revealed a violation for Flow, in conduit or through the plant. The limit for Flow is 20,000 GPD monthly average.(See Permit dated February 3,2009)The facility has exceeded this-maximum value each month for the period previously stated. Suggested Corrective action for Violation I: 1. Upgrade the facility to accommodate the increased flow,per Permit Section I(1). 2. Eliminate Inflow and Infiltration concerns in the collection system.
