A few questions concerning project number 20181474v2 Collette Marina & RV Park

Yellow: Need to confirm if there are coastal wetlands on this corner, imagery suggests there is.
Orange: Need to confirm if coastal wetlands are waterward of the bulkhead
Red: Application needs to account for the shading impacts on the coastal wetland
Green: Will the walkway go over the small peninsula? Or will the peninsula be excavated. Hard to tell in the design what the plan is for that bottom left corner.

More information on the wave attenuating pier. Does this mean more pilings to slow boat wakes?
Will this project require dredging now or in the future?
I would like to see an updated impact table with shaded, incorporated and usurped for coastal wetland and open water impacts.
