Comment: Signficant sediment deposition within stream and wetland at front of property. Appears that impacts are
from both the commercial site and the waterline work adjacent to the roadway. 2 wetland features and
a perennial stream were impacted with sediment deposition at the back of the property. Entire site was
not inspected so unclear of scope of sediment impacts.
