That site submitted a NE that was denied because they have fuel dispensers outside, and they use a lot of oil from oil
changes. If they submitted for an NCG08 it covers what I saw on site so that should be good as is.

I received a call from a permittee about a permit in review: NCG081018, FexEd Freight RDU. She wants to know when it
will be issued but it doesn't have an inspection report in BIMS.
Has there been an inspection at this facility for NCG081018?
