This is a courtesy notification and the DWR number is 20211800 and USACE No is 2015-00956. The revised permit drawings address an error found where bank stabilization, which was removed from the project, was still shown on the profile views and the cross sections were updated to reflect the current detail standards for rock plating to match the final plans. There are no changes in the impacts. I inadvertently forgot to request to proceed with construction under the new NW 3 and GC 4239 in my submittal. This project is not letting until September and impacts may not be completed by the end of the grace period since there is an onsite detour. Can you please approve this project under the new permits?
