Engineering & Stormwater Comments Jim Farkas Jim.Farkas@ncdenr.gov (919) 707-3646: 1.2x original signed hard copies of the Application. Only a single, partially -original Section G appears to be original, the other sections appear to be photocopies. This item is required per Section F1 of the Application and 15A NCAC 02H .1043(3). Response: 2 Original Signed Hard Copies of the application are provided. 2.2x hard copies of documentation from the Secretary of State indicating the name and title of the signing official. This item is required per Section F7 of the Application and 15A NCAC 02H .1043(3)(b)(ii). The person listed as the signing official in Section D1 of the Application is not shown on the Secretary of State information page or other official document and is not the same person that signed the Application in Section G (this person is also not listed on the Secretary of State information page or other official document) . Please revise. Response: 2 hard copies from NCSOS including the Registered Agents are provided, as well as (2) hard copies of a letter from a registered agent (Cory Boydston) saying that Mike Reynolds is allowed to sign applications for Ashton Raleigh. Section D1 and Section G of the application now match. 3. Please provide contact information (email address & phone number) for the Property Owner. This information is required per Section D4 of the Application and 15A NCAC 02H .1043(3)(a)(vi). Response: Property Owner Contact Info Provided 4.2x signed & sealed (the provided hard copies were not signed & sealed) hard copies of a plan sheet showing the following. Wetland delineation or a note on the plans stating that there are no wetlands located on -site. This item is required per Section F4 of the Application and 15A NCAC 02H .1043(3)(f). Please also list the name of the individual that made this determination in a note on the plans. Response: Hard copies are now signed and sealed. Additional sheets have been provided for SCM and wetland location clarity. Wetland delineation note has been added to sheet C300. Bateman Civil Survey Company, PC Page 2 5. "Coastal wetlands" (Section E5) is defined in 15A NCAC 07H .0205 and the wetlands present on -site may not meet this definition. Please revise as needed. Response: The area of Coastal wetlands has been removed as the wetlands present on site do not appear to meet the definition provided in 15A NCAC 07H .0205. 6. The receiving surface water for this project is a NSW. Per 15A NCAC 02H .1017(9)(c), this project will need to use SCM(s) that, "reduce nutrient loading". Please ensure that the final design meets this requirement. Response: The final design will include SCMS that reduce nutrient loading.
