This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES General Permit #NC550000. Flows are permitted at <1,000 gallons per day. Effluent discharges to an unnamed tributary of Dutch Buffalo Creek which is classified as C waters in the Yadkin Pee -Dee River Basin. The current Certification of Coverage became effective September 11, 2019 and remains effective the duration of the General Permit. It was noted during the inspection of name change from Stamey to Langley and a request to update records has been sent to the Permitting Group in Raleigh. Please note that in accordance with your NPDES General Permit NCG550000, Part I, Section C. Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements; it is necessary to sample for Bio-Chemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Total Suspended Soilds, Fecal Coliform, and Total Residual Chlorine at least once per year (Annually). Samples are to be sent to a certified laboratory for analysis and copies of laboratory analysis and chain -of -custody forms are to be kept on file. Please refer to Part II, Section D of your permit for requirements for (4.) Testing Procedures, (6.) Records Retention, and (7.) Recording Results.
