This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance With the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES Permit #NC0080586. Permit is for the continued operation of an existing wastewater treatment system consisting of three stormwater catchbasins and four settling basins with solids storage. Discharge is via outfall #001 into an unnamed tributary of Long Creek, which is Classified as Class C waters, in the Yadkin Pee -Dee River Basin. Review of compliance history from March 2021 through February 2022 found no reported permit limit violations. Laboratory analysis are performed by Pace Analytical (Certification #40) and Field Laboratory certification #5075 for pH and TSS. Review of laboratory analysis, Chain -of -Custody, and DMR's found information complete. Samples type are Grab samples collected twice per month in accordance with permit requirements. At time of inspection effluent discharge was clear with visible suspended soilds. Solids appeared to be algae discharged from settling pond.
