Aqua North Carolina, Inc (Aqua) offers the following response to the above -referenced Notice of
Violation, which was issued Solids, Total Suspended exceeding the monthly average found in October 2021
Non -Discharge Monitoring Report.
Aqua's Response:
TSS exceeded the monthly average limit for October 2021 due to an elevated result collected on October
5, 2021. Subsequent samples have remained below the monthly average limit The elevated TSS value
was not reflected in the turbidity readings that day and all other sample parameters were consistent with
normal process operation
