Aqua North Carolina, Inc (Aqua) offers the following response to the above -referenced Notice of
Violation, which was issued Solids, Total Suspended for twice a month frequency violation found in
November 2021 Non -Discharge Monitoring Report.
Aqua's Response:
The TSS value (<2.5) from the sample collected on November 17, 2021 was inadvertently omitted from
the NDMR initially submitted. This value has been added to the NDMR and the corrected version has
been resubmitted. Attached is the revised copy.
