This is from October 21 last year. We apologize for the delayed response. #1— you said you noticed that the outfall was appearing on someone else's property again. Could you please check the report attached and let us know if the coordinates are correct? The point on the map is actually the "facility/site" coordinates, which are below. This is because we can't plot all the stormwater outfalls across the state for every permit ... we "stack them up" at the facility coordinate for that map. Regardless, please review and let us know if they need to be revised: 'Facillty Name: ca4a marston racimy 'Owner Name: kola SolLftns Inc } C1.ear Farm 9 wauanle Usage I Add } ::Onlaminakon Soufce erna+ 'selected 'F3dliry SIOZUS: A i;;e 'pretreat Program slaws: Nnoe 0 Has PreteatrnentProuram ❑Primary PeUealmenl Facility Receives Giu wastewater FacilityJ NorrEXPOsure Exemption F-1 R itQ d foDMR Sit Ct Orig Re-gistered: 0 brig CAWMP Dt Latest GAWMP ...
