This inspection was conducted to determine if the system is being operated and maintained in compliance with General NPDES Permit No. NCG550000. Rose Gates (Owner) was present during the inspection. Ms. Williams was unable to locate the discharge pipe during the initial inspection and returned on March 15 to locate the pipe. The pipe was not discharging at the time of the follow-up visit.
