This inspection was conducted to determine if the system is being operated and maintained in compliance with General NPDES Permit No. NCG550000. Randy Lipps (Maintenance & Landscaping) was present during the inspection. This is a vacation property and is used for approximately 25 days per year. The pipe coming out of the tank had been crushed, and the owners, Gail and John Laughlin, recently had it repaired. They also had risers put on the tank and had a nearby sycamore tree cut, which had begun showing signs of minor intrusion. Bob Garland with Teaberry Construction completed the work. Mr. Lipps and Ms. Laughlin both stated that the system does not discharge, and no evidence of discharge was noted during the inspection. NCG550485 17 (Cont.)
