1. Maylenia LLC was the parcel owner of this property. Kellex Corp operated there.
2. Bray Family Properties LLC owns the property but Vanguard Furniture leases it from them. John Bray is the CEO of
Vanguard Furniture.

I hope this email finds you well. The special warranty deed was acceptable; however, it was the business name that
caused the confusion. For Permit # NCG180090, the company that we have in our database is Kellex Corp, not Maylenia
LLC. Please provide an explanation on how the two businesses are related.
Also, if Bray Family Properties LLC bought the property, why not name the company "Bray Family Properties, LLC,"
rather than Vanguard Furniture Co, Inc? Please also provide an explanation on how the two businesses are related.

Unfortunately we cannot process the Permit Name/Ownership Change Request submitted on 4/18/2022 any further. A
Stormwater Program staff member will be in touch with more information.
Comments during review: Legal documentation of transfer of ownership (such as relevant pages of a contract deed, or
a bill of sale) is required for an ownership change request. The attached document, Special Warranty Deed, is not
sufficient for an ownership change because it doesn't state the two business (Kellex Corp and Vanguard Furniture) and it
doesn't contain the signatures of the two owners.
