Comments:
The property is located in Zone 2 and Zone 1 - we are constructing a wood screen
room and deck on the back of the house, approximately 6' in elevation. We do not
use any heavy equipment to construct.

The project is attached to the back of the house and is replacing a previously
constructed deck in almost the exact foot print.

We do not use heavy equipment in our construction of projects - ever. The footers are
dug by hand and the posts/wood is carried by hand.
