Please provide an email address and phone number for the Applicant so that we may reach out
to them with regard to this permit. This item is required per Section III, 1b of the Application
and 15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(a)(vii). You may wish to also correct the Application to list this
information.
LID Response: Section III, 1b has been filled out with Robert Kreisher's email address as
rkreisher(cDioneshomesusa.com and his phone number of 704-909-9246..
2. 2x signed & sealed hard copies of a plan sheet showing the following (NOTE: Please ensure that
only the plans needed to complete the stormwater post -construction review are provided. The
plans should also be folded as required per Section VI, 8 of the Application (if you are having a
hard time folding the plans, remove the extraneous plan sheets). We do not have the room to
store rolled plans):
a. Wetland delineation or a note on the plans stating that there are no wetlands
located on -site (Required per Section VI, 8m of the Application and 15A NCAC 02H
.1042(2)(g)(iii)). Please also list the name of the individual that made this
determination in a note on the plans.
LID Response: The wetland delineation report has been included which was prepared by Carolina
Wetland Services, Inc dated December 2, 2021. No impacts to streams or wetlands are being proposed
with this development. Note also has been added to existing conditions sheet C003.
b. Existing site conditions. This item is required per Section VI, 8k and 15A NCAC 02H
.1042(2)(g)(v).
LID Response: The existing conditions sheet has been added as C003
c. Maintenance access route and easement for the proposed SCMs (Required per
General MDC 8 & 9 and 15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g)(vi)).
LID Response: Maintenance and Access easements have been added and labeled to sheets C100,
C300, C304, 318, 319, C400
