We were going to replace this bridge under Nationwide 3 and WQC 4132, however the LET was delayed due to funding issues and is now schedule to be LET in late September. I would like to revise the permit packet for this project to include the new Nationwide 3 and GC 4239. The USACE project number is SAW-2016-00632 and the DWR Project number that was assigned to this project is 20190631. I was going to resubmit this through the electronic submittal process but I did not think that neither “For the Record Only (Courtesy Copy)’ or “Re- Issuance\Renewal Request”, were the correct boxes to check for this request because it is a courtesy notification that already has both a USACE and DWR project number. I’d like to check both but that is not an option. Attached is the original courtesy notification packet and your respective agencies email responses. Please let me know if you can just respond to this email confirming that we can proceed with the new Nationwide 3 permit and GC 4239, or if I need to resubmit this through the electronic process. If you want it resubmitted via the electronic process, please let me know the appropriate “Project Type” category to check. Thanks!
